The “Otis” Maybach

The “Otis” Maybach

Remember the Maybach that Jay-Z and Kanye Frankensteined together for the Otis video? The visual of a Sawzall hitting a car most of us will never be able to sit in (let alone buy) is still scarred into our brains. It seemed totally ridiculous at the time, but the video ended with a PSA that the actual luxury Road Warrior whip used for the shoot would be auctioned off for charity. That day is here…almost. On March 8, Phillips de Pury & Company will be auctioning off the “Otis” Maybach as part of a Contemporary Art Evening Sale in New York. All proceeds from the auction will benefit Save the Children. It’s definitely not street legal anymore, but if you can afford the absurdly high price tag this thing will most certainly fetch you can just take it out on your private track. price: A shit TON

Mac OS X Mountain Lion

Mac OS X Mountain Lion

If you like your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you're going to love Mac OS X Mountain Lion ($TBA). This sequel to last year's Lion ups the iOS-like ante with deep iCloud integration, new — yet totally familiar — additions like Reminders, Notes, and Game Center, as well as a revamped, iMessages-handling iChat — now known as simply Messages — a new Notification Center, Share Sheets, Twitter integration, and AirPlay Mirroring. And knowing Apple, there's probably at least a few new features we haven't heard about yet. Roaring onto a Mac near you this Summer.

Colette x March LA.B 1805 Imperial Phantom Pocket Watch

Colette x March LA.B 1805 Imperial Phantom Pocket Watch

Why yes, that name is insane, but with a great name comes an expensive product. Inspired by the style of the first French empire, the Colette x March LA.B 1805 Imperial Phantom Pocket Watch ($1,700) has an all-black design; including the case, face, and hands; an analog alarm, a desk stand, one of two chain clasp designs, and a stylish snake coil chain. This beauty will make any gentleman turn into a stud when it's pulled out to say its getting late "lets get out of here," just like Ryan Gosling.

Bike Lights

Theft-Resistant Bike Light
Every time we lock up our bike the same thought goes through our head, “How the hell am I gonna get home when this isn’t here when I get back?” We go to such lengths to prevent this, that it isn’t uncommon to see some dude in the Starbucks carrying around his front tire. What we find is far more common than our ride being jacked, is the bells and whistles being stolen off it (note: Not literally “bells and whistles,” we’re grown men). Seeing as how our lights are super important to our travels, they’re one of the bike accessories we really don’t want to part with. The Defender Theft-Resistant Bike Light solves the problem while providing us with some super-bright LEDs. Your toolkit, water bottle and pinwheel are on their own. $50
